There are three ways to request products from us:

1} We certainly welcome your order by phone. Simply know the product name and quantity you desire. We will begin to fill your order, and upon receipt of a check or money order, we will immediately send out your merchandise to your designated shipping address.

2} You may also email your order by either mentioning the product names and quantities, or attaching our premade forms to your email after having filled the quantity fields and saving the file. Again, we will begin to fill your order, and upon receipt of a check or money order, we will immediately send out your merchandise.

3} Or if you prefer, you are free to print out our pre-made forms, fill them out and send them by mail along with your check or money order. Upon receipt we will fill your order and send your merchandise
